United States of AmericaI wanted a nice, comfortable room in town for our family of four with a view of the caldera and that is exactly what our room was. The seating area in the balcony is comfortable and the view breathtaking. It was wonderful waking up to that view and have breakfast on the balcony. Fira is a small walkable town and the hotel is close to everything but quiet. The staff was helpful with information about Santorini and booked us a table at one of the best restaurants in Fira to watch the sunset. They were also able to accommodate our request for an early check-in and had our room ready within a few minutes of our arrival. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and as a farewell, served us excellent cocktails and mocktails the night before we left. They stored our luggage the day we checked out. The hotel's cafe has a wonderful view of the caldera and excellent cocktails.
