Theros Luxury Apartment with Smart features located in the historical center of Heraklion city is close to all the city sights. The property is new and was decorated by our interior designer with great taste, elegance and romantic ambiance. It is very close to the most essential tourist attractions such as the Morosini Lions, St. Tito’s church, the Archeological & Historical Museums. Public transportation is very close and easily accessible. Nearby you can will find traditional and modern restaurants, cafes & bars, banks, a post office and a supermarket. The sea is a 10min walk from the apartment. This is a newly apartment, designed to please our visitors in the most suitable manner. It is composed of a main living area and a bathroom and is best suitable for 2 people (but can also accommodate 4 guests). The main area includes a kitchen, a double bed (180 cm × 200 cm), two sofa/beds (2.10cm x 0,85cm), a mirror closet and a desk/boudoir. The apartment provides A/C, a fireplace, a smart TV, Netflix, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a filter coffee and espresso machines, an iron, a hair dryer, towels, extra bedding sheets, a first aid kit and more. Your freshly-prepared breakfast is served in our restaurant "Avra", overlooking Koules and the marina of Heraklion.

The private entrance to the building is on Erotokritou street. Besides being central, the neighborhood is surprisingly tranquil and quiet. The market, cafes, restaurants and bars are all within a short walking distance. Guests can also just saunter around the city center on foot and absorb the local vibe. The apartment is 300m from the Lions' square, 600m from the Archaeological Museum and 200m from the coastal boulevard where you will find many of the city's must-see museums and attractions (the fortress of Koules, the Natural History museum, the Historical Museum of Crete etc.) as well as enjoy a nice evening stroll.
