Heterotopia Villas is a captivating retreat located on a mountainside, overlooking the Ionian sea. It consists of a main residence and a guest house. Designed for peaceful reflection but also convenient: not far from the nearest market and just a 15-minute drive to the closest beach. A place encompassed by nature where you can experience stunning sunsets and breathtaking views. The Units The main residence features a large living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, providing ample space for relaxation and culinary activities on the ground floor. It has three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and one WC. It consists of two floors connected with a naturally lit staircase. The elevated positioning provides sweeping views of the western horizon, where the sea meets the sunset. The pool is an amenity of the main villa, however both villas have visual contact with it. Complementing the main house is a fully equipped guest house, located in close proximity. This unit comprises a bedroom with private bathroom, along with an additional WC, a living room, and a compact kitchen, all on the ground floor. Similar to the primary residence, the bedroom showcases an expansive window, affording cinematic views of the mountains and the sea to the west.
