The apartment has 3 beds ( 2 at the bedroom and 1 at the living room) You can tell if you want the beds on the bedroom connected or separated. There is a small garden with a table and seats great for having breakfast! The apartment has 1 air condition that can be used for heat and cold without any extra charges. The kitchen has microwave oven, stoves, fridge, cookware, toaster, metallic espresso maker, filter coffee maker and a boiler. In the bathroom you'll find washing machine, hair dryer, first aid box and clean toilet paper. The tv is located at the living room, it's smart so you can use YouTube, Netflix, Spotify etc. Almost 100 meters from the apartment there is a bus station, the bus passes every 30 minutes and goes to luxurious beaches and to the city center. The apartment is great for everyone no matter the age or how long they are staying!

Paleo Faliro is a coastal area existing from ancient years as it was the first port before the port of Piraeus. It is ideally situated between the center of Athens, coast and the Piraeus port. In a privileged location, it is the best choice for anyone who wants to taste and discover the Athenian life and its sights. The neighborhood is safe with a variety of coffee shops, super markets, bakeries, pharmacies, shops, gym and anything you may desire. A few meters from the house there is a bus stop called “IASONOS” that can transfer you to the center in 12 minutes (BUS A2), 10 minutes to the coast (BUS A2) and the port of Piraeus (BUS 229). The bus route from airport (GATE 4 and 5) to the house is EXPRESS BUS X96 (ticket 5 or 6 euros can be bought inside the bus) then get off at the stop GEFYRA on POSEIDONOS AV. and then take BUS A2 and get off at the stop IASONOS. Also, you can take the EXPRESS BUS X95 and get off in SYNTAGMA stop and then take the BUS A2 to get off at IASONOS bus stop. In case you prefer transportation by Metro, it operates 06.00 - 00:00 every 30 minutes with a variety of tickets. Take the Metro line to go to SYNTAGMA then take the bus A2 get off IASONOS bus stop.
