This modern villa with a private pool set in manicured grounds has until this year been used just by the family. It has a large living room, dining room, a large modern fully-fitted kitchen and guest toilet and quiet area on the ground floor. The pool is accessed through double French doors off the dining area with a covered outside sitting area. There is also a good sized shady terrace for enjoying breakfast at the front of the villa. Upstairs there is a family bathroom and three bedrooms, each with their own balconies plus a large family balcony with sea views. There is one double bedroom with a wet-room and a large sea view private balcony and two single bedrooms, each enjoying a small private balcony. In the basement you will find a tv lounge and laundry room. Next to the main house is a separate guest house with a living room with a double sofa bed, a shower room and a fully fitted kitchenette on the ground floor and double bedroom and shower room at basement level. The villa is located within a ten minute walk to Stavros beach and two min-markets. There are a good selection of tavernas in Stavros but we would recommend a car.

The villa is located on the outskirts of Stavros village and within walking distance to the popular beach. Stavros has two mini-markets and a number of places to eat. Stavros is on the northern side of the Akrotiri peninsular where there are a number of sandy beaches. Just ten minutes away is Chorafakia with a small supermarket, pharmacy and the famous Irini's taverna. Kounoupidiana is just 15 minutes drive away where you can find large supermarkets, bakeries, banks and other services. The city of Chania is just 40 minutes away and Chania International Airport is just 20 minutes drive.
