Fully renovated studio 40sqm. Warm and friendly atmosphere for couples or a small family. Near the historic city center at a distance of 2.9 km, 4.5 km from the city port and 3.4 km from the Nea Paralia. Macedonia Airport is also 16 km away (SKG). The neighborhood has easy access to public transport, the area has a variety of cafes and is full of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, churches and the most famous stadium in the city (Toumpa Stadium) at a distance of just 300m.

One of the most popular neighborhoods of Thessaloniki. Main street Lampraki is autonomous for a reason, with everything in walking distance like pharmacies, supermarkets, coffe shops, taverns and plenty of parks.
