Situated on the coastal road, right opposite the Swimming Beach of Paleo Faliro, a beautifully decorated and furnished classical Athenian Home. You walk 3 minutes to hop on either the Tramway or the Bus to go either to the Center or the amazing Suburbs of Glyfada-Voula. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped to serve your vacation needs. We are very excited to meet you and eager to help you with any advice to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is classically decorated with beautiful furniture. It has a very large and equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with closets, one large bathroom and one WC. There are air condition units in every room to make your stay more cool in the summer time. You can enjoy the view of the seaside from a narrow balcony on the side of the apartment. Being sideways is why there is no much noise from the Coastal Road. There is a big TV with cable connection so you can enjoy staying at home.

Due to Covid 19 we are happy to inform you that we have Committed to Prepare our apartment based on the new Cleaning Protocol. We take our guests' and our own health very seriously, so the place is only offered for your stay, after being thoroughly cleaned, sanitized by professionals and finally checked out by ourselves before it’s sealed off. Also for reservations made at least a week prior to the arrival date, we offer you the option to receive the linen and towels inside a sealed bag after they have been sanitized by the cleaners. Thus, you can set your own beds without anyone else's touch. Just let us know if you wish this service.

Paleo Faliro was at 1950s the vacation spot for Athenians. The sea in the area is clean so you can swim even opposite the street as many locals do. You would be very close both to the center of Athens, less than 30 min drive by bus and to the Southern Suberbs, less than 30 min by bus. The walk down the beach towards Floisvos Marina is amazing and you can also jog and exersice daily.
