For long stays the following conditions apply i) electricity and cleaning are mandatory extras payable during stay ii) radiator heating is an optional extra with petrol payable by the renter. . The tower is a special architectural building of 416 sq.m. on the south side of the island of Salamina, above 8,000m. land. The building is accessible for hiking having 120 olive trees and other various trees and plants. There are 3 large terraces with panoramic sea views and views of the surrounding mountains as well as absolute silence. Access to the most beautiful beaches of the island, in the unique pine forest of Kanaki and the historical places is just 10 minutes away. About the tower I would like to say, it was a lifelong dream come true.

I am a physical education teacher, a fanatical athlete and basketball coach. Therefore, my interest and hobbies are related to movement and sports.
