The penthouse is on the 12th floor of one of the four tall beautiful buildings of Athens. It has a well designed and furnished interior with paintings and decorative objects. It has all amenities you may need: WiFi, air conditioning, cable TV, toiletries etc. It is an upscale apartment. In short it has it all for a relaxing, exclusive time. It is not hotel or a place to want to rush out. It is a place to stay, enjoy and spend time with the family or with friends in the full of light living room or the big veranda overseeing the city and the mountains or at the terrace, enjoying the panoramic view. It is a real relaxation vacation home, although in the center of Athens. The apartment is 260m2 large and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. As a result, it fits perfectly to upscale couples, to families or to friends of 3-8 people that do not like hotel limitations. Even to businessmen who want to have business and vacation in a more unusual and relaxed way, having the apartment as office and meeting place. It does not fit to people who are not interested to relax and enjoy moments with their family or friends at the living room, the veranda, the terrace.

The neighborhood is a living area and it has all shops needed in short walking distance: bakeries, Super Market, coffee shops, home made food etc. It is in a quiet point of city center, without being in the touristic/noisy area. It is three metro stops away from the parliament. Metro station is 5 min walking distance. To this extent it is highly recommended for families and group of friends who do not want the noise of the touristic center all the time.
