The house has a beautiful 300 degree balcony that stretches around the house and is designed so that there are constantly fans (outside walls with openings) in the summer which is pleasant. AC on both floors. The house is about 120 square meters inside and the plot about 3,000 square meters.

The house is located about 200 meters from the sea. There is a tavern about 5 minutes from the house by the sea if you just want to take a short walk, a very beautiful place! If you want to go a little further, you can go to the village of Gouves, where there are 4-5 very good restaurants with genuine Greek food. The nearest major town is called Pefki where there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and with a nice and child-friendly beach. It is about 4 km by car as all offerings are there if you want to swim. Otherwise, there is a smaller beach about 200 m from the house. There are many nice beaches on northern Evia to visit. Car is a must-see at Evia. But also something that enhances the experience when you're free to go and experience things. The town of Istea is the main city and is located about 10km from Kastri. There are banks, mail, shops, etc. Pefki located about 4 km from the house is a charming village situated on the north coast of Evia, surrounded by greenery and the sea. The location offers a relaxing atmosphere. One of the main attractions of Pefki is its long beach with crystal clear water, making it a popular destination for swimming and water sports. Here you will also find traditional taverns serving delicious Greek food, as well as some small shops where you can buy local products and souvenirs. Pefki is a great base for exploring the area's scenic spots and interesting sights. Gouves, is another picturesque village in North Evia. The village is about 2 km from the house and has a lot of great restaurants and taverns!
