Villa Dimitra, only 10 Km from Lefkada town, is a family property surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, flowers, and a stone fence, for complete independence and security for the children. There is a swimming pool where guests can sunbathe and relax the whole day. A calm environment where you can find peace being in nature. There is an accessible playground, a sitting area, a barbecue, free Wi-fi, and free private parking. Villa Dimitra consists of 2 independent apartments with separate entrances. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, the 2 with two double beds each and the 3rd with one double bed and one single bed. The sitting room can accommodate one person. There is a fully equipped Kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave where guest can prepare their lunches and enjoy them in the dining area in the garden. The beach of Episkopos is just 150 m away, and the nearest bakery, "Il Forno" only 60 meters away, can provide guests with the best breakfast and local pastries. The nearest village of Nikiana is only 600 meters, where you can find various markets and grocery shops, seaside restaurants, and bars. Clean linen and towels can be provided every 3 days.
Having lived for more than 25 years abroad, in Paris and then Miami, I enjoy every moment in the family house, and having guests at home is like inviting friends. Well-known Greek hospitality has always been part of my temperament, and I do my best so that my guests get memorable souvenirs. It's great when people feel comfortable, enjoying their staying in a calm, pleasant, and beautiful environment full of trees, flowers, and a well-kept lawn, or around the swimming pool, fulfilling their batteries for their daily routine after the holidays. My brother Vassilis and I are always at our guests' disposal for information and questions that could facilitate their life during their stay.
Guests will enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the house but also the quiet beach with crystal waters only 150 meters away, with easy access to it. They may choose the lounge chairs of the beach bar " Pavezzo by the Sea" to relax and taste some of the cocktails and dishes they offer. 'Il Forno bakery, just 60 meters from the house, is "the place to be" during the morning for breakfast tasting of some local pastries. A few meters further, there is the picturesque village of Nikiana, where you can find various markets, groceries, restaurants and bars, bakeries, gift shops, and ATMs.
