The breakfast buffet is rich with a lot to choose from, but it becomes a bit monotonous after a while. For a couple of nights we had a dinner buffet as well (also advertised in the lobby) which was great, but again very monotonous, the dishes were almost the same every night. A couple of evenings there were not enough guests so we were served full course meals instead. They were okay, but if we knew in advance there would be no buffet, we would have probably chosen to eat in a restaurant outside of the hotel instead. The staff is nice and helpful. The view from the pool and the outside restaurant area is really nice - beautiful sunsets every day. There was always a cat present at breakfast and dinner, so be nice and share some food :) The towels were replaced every day, but our balcony was never once cleaned during a week long stay.

The location is ideal, staff are very friendly, rooms are lovely, bed linen of high quality and breakfast was superb.

The location was great. One the waterfront and close to many restaurants and shops.

The staff is really welcoming and helpful. Location of the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the centre and the value for money is great. I would highly recommend it for work travel, as wifi connection is stable.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, with great shower and comfortable bed. And what a view!

Super host, friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is spotlessly clean, daily housekeeping was great and the pool with comfortable sun loungers was a bonus. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The walk in shower was excellent. The room had a fridge, kettle and toasted sandwich maker. The host was very kind in providing a couple of bottles of water and yogurts for our arrival. Achilleas supplied us with excellent information on restaurants and local amenities prior to our arrival which was most welcome and was always ready to help, even taking us into town on the first day and to the bus station when we departed. Thank you so much!

Exceptional stay! Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The view from the swimming pool was incredible — overlooking the sea, it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. We truly enjoyed every moment spent outdoors, especially swimming and relaxing by the pool with the peaceful sound of the sea in the background. The location is quiet and ideal for unwinding. A special thank you to Panos, the host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended — we would definitely love to come back!

Amazing hospitality. Katia was one of the greatest hostess. Perfect place to stay especially for families. No street to cross to get to the beach. So many places to visit nearby. Parga, Lefkada, Acheron Springs, Preveza city, Roman Nikopolis. We will definitely choose Nostos Mare in the future.

Great place for summer holiday, beautiful hotel, especially for pets, friendly hosts, comfortable rooms, clean, daily change of sheets, great breakfast - wonderful strudel! The beach is near, nice green parts and free parking in the shadow. Preveza and Lefkada are near for visit. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts!!

Everthhing was excelent and Jorgo and Dastin take care of everything,so I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is exceptional . Located near the city of Preveza you can join the city in just 10 -15 min to have a wonderful evening there. If you feel like you don`t want to go out in the city you can spend your evening in a very quiet and friendly place at the garden of the hotel or in the balcony of the room . From the balcony you can see the ionian seafrom one side and the Amvrakikos Gulf from the other side seperated by green trees. The visit in ancient Nikopolis and museum is a must . The sense of walking around in the walls of the ancient city is great.
