Villa Pomegranate Tree is a detached vacation rental property located in Katelios, Kefalonia. Villa Pomegranate Tree can sleep up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The ground floor front door opens into a spacious open-plan lounge with leather sofas, a modern kitchen, and dining areas, including a dining table and breakfast bar. French doors lead out to the poolside terrace. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, both with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms (Jacuzzi bathrooms with showers over), walk-in wardrobes, and French doors leading to the terrace. There is an additional family cloakroom on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor with two more double bedrooms. Both have king-size beds with en-suite hydro-massage showers and French doors leading to the balconies. The exterior features one of the largest swimming pools in Katelios, a separate shaded dining area with a pergola and BBQ, sunbeds and sunshades, as well as comfortable patio furniture. There is also a separate round pool with hydra jets. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
