Since 1994 Unique has evolved from a few studio apartments near Lourdas beach to one of the largest travel companies on the island. Unique began as a family business and those values remain at the heart of everything that they do. The Koumoudos family has been in Kefalonia for generations. Unique founder Dionisus Koumoudos was born on the island and, after leaving for Athens, he returned in 1994 with his wife and young children to start the family business. In addition to immediate family, the company is made up of individuals who have worked with the family for many years and whose input and personal touches have made Unique the company it is today.
