I am renting a spacious apartment located just 30 meters away from a sandy beach. The apartment is ideal for a family of 4, 2 couples ( an apartment has 2 bathrooms) or a couple ( in which case they can use a living room). The house itself is close to Omiš and Split.

We are on disposal to our guests for whatever they might need. If you are arriving by plane, we can arrange to meet you on the airport and take you there at your departure. We can offer whatever advice you might need for exploring the nearby area. Whether you would like to visit the magnificent historical city of Split, the nearby town of Omiš, go rafting, parasailing or perhaps go to one of the nearby islands - we can help with you with that! In case you just want to relax on the beach, we offer beach chairs and a pedal boat which you can rent.

Our house is in Duce, a small village just 1 km away from Omis and 20 km away from Split, Croatia's second biggest city and one of the most beautiful Mediterranean cities. Duće has one of the nicest sandy beaches on all of the Croatian coast, recognizable for the natural shade of the trees and clear blue sea. Duce is a quiet village and our house is located directly on the beach. There are two pizzerias in the neighborhood and two cafes on the beach. Just 1 km away, the town of Omis offers plenty of activities to explore: rafting on the Cetina river, rock-climbing or zipline across the canyon of the Cetina river, which offers magnificent sights. In the historical core of the town, you can find a number of restaurants offering local cuisine as well as supermarkets and banks. You can reach Omis on foot (around 10 minutes), or by bus - the bus station for Omis, Split and Makarska is just above our beach house. The airport is around 50 km away, and Split, the center of the Dalmatia region is 20 km away. It is reachable by bus which runs every half an hour and takes you directly to the very center of Split.
