Dear visitors, in our studio-apartment don't worry about time of check in and check out. Any time when you come you are welcome. Next to the apartment is other one, so if you coming with your friends/ colleagues you will be close to them. Apartment is near the main square (most 10 minutes by tram). The place is and you will have absolute privacy. It is located near the Central Bus Station, 2 tram stations from the Main Railway station. The building where the apartment is located is a skyscraper and the apartments are on the 9th floor. It consists of kitchenette, dining and sleeping area, bathroom, toilet and balcony. This apartment on excellent location has just been renovated and equipped with all devices that will make your stay enjoyable like heating, air conditioning, fridge, flat TV, WiFi Internet, electric kettle, towels, shower gel, toilet paper.... I'm available to host 2 people every day in each of the apartments. The apartment is newly renovated. The renovation finished in June 2017. All the rooms, including the bathroom, were renovated.

My name is Borko. My wife and I take care of our guests and apartments. We like travelling, visiting different countries, meeting different cultures. We like renting the apartments because we have an opportunity meeting various people. We both have jobs except the renting. My wife is a teacher and I work in a company. My hobby is taking photographs, and in the apartments you can see my photos of Zagreb.

The neighbourhood is very safe. The building itself also. It has safety cameras. There are few playgrounds for the children nearby, some restaurants, pizzerias and coffee bars. One playground is next to the building, others 5 or 10 minutes on foot. If you like the green parks with a lot of trees, you can take the tram for two short stations and relax in nature in the centre of the town. From there, you can walk to the centre using different streets. If you like fountains and chilling during hot summer days and nights, there is a place with a lot of fountains only three tram stations away from the building. From there, you have only 2 minutes, using the bus, to get to the Central Train Station.
