Our apartment is on the ground floor of a Secessian villa. It has three bedrooms (6+2), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and a terrace, with a sea view. Nearest, Peharovo Beach only 2 min walking distance. Short ride by car and You can go to: Opatija - 10 min Medveja beach - 5 min Moscenicka Draga Beach - 10 min The apartment is located in a beautiful historicist villa from the early 20th century. The house is very private, set in a garden with an access from the street, with the terrace boasting a relaxing sea view. The interiors recreate the authentic atmosphere of the local villas from the Habsburg tradition in the area, a combination of the antique and the modern, with wooden parquet floors. There are two fully equipped bathrooms and a salon with antique furnishings. The apartment also includes a wiFi connection and a well-equipped self-catering kitchen. AC is unnecessary for the thick walls that keep the apartment cool during the warm season. For the cold season, a furnace and central heating are available.
It's a peaceful neigborhood known for Habsburg mansions and a very exclusive atmosphere. The local tourist office and the pictoresque Old town are close by. For passionate hikers, the hiking trail to the Učka National Park is easily accessible. A beautiful beach is just 5 minutes of walk away. Also close by: -the famous local promenade, Lungo mare -in case of emergencies, a local hospital is located nearb -a grocery store. -a couple of bars and restaurants -hotel Park, a local hotel with various fitness and wellness programs available The town is 6 km away from Opatija, one of the most famous Habsburg resorts known for wellness tourism, antique hotels and villas, and one of Medveja, one of the top 5 beaches in the local region, is 3 km away.
