Simply furnished apartment Pavlovic is located in a peaceful district of Rovinj called Borik. It is situated on the ground floor of this house and it can accomodate two persons. The nearest beach is only 400 m away and the town center is 3km away. This apartment consists of a main living area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. In the main area you can find a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances, kitchen utensils, a dining area and a couch. In the bedroom you can find two single beds which are connected, a TV and an air-conditioning. Baby cot is available on request. Outside in the garden, you have a terrace with a seating area under a roof and an outdoor dining area. BBQ grill can be found within the garden. Private parking is at your disposal. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.
