Hi, my name is Karmela. First I would like to thank you for choosing to stay at our house. On behalf of my family and me I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. Me and my husband are owners of the Apartments Vila Marija. I'm University professor in Art History. We have two children (16,18) and we both are easygoing and open minded people. My family is from Dalmatia. Growing up and spending my summers here as a child has made Šparadići a special place for me. My goal is to share the experience of Šparadići with other people and help them to have a nice holidays in Dalmatia.

Fully equipped and modern apartments in a quiet place Šparadići only3 km from Grebaštica and 8 km from the Primošten town center. The house is located in the first and only line to the sea with a large garden surrounded by greenery and pine trees. It is a mix of the new and traditional dalmatians village house with paved alleyways, stone masonry, artistic mosaic and stone sculptures as well as areas of the spacious Mediterranean garden planted with local plants and trees as well as fragrant lavender, rosemary, immortelle and olive trees, figs and lemons ... In our garden guests can enjoy preparing food at several external grill and have nice and pleasant time on a large stone terrace with large rustic stone table. The house, surrounded by trees and a Mediterranean garden on one side and crystal-clear, azure-blue sea on the other hand, is ideal for unique moments of peace and relaxation. The sea is only 5 meters from the house; a private beach and coast in width approx. 60m used mainly by our guests as well as a stone pier with mosaic and wooden floating pontoon. All our apartments have permits from the Ministry of Tourism (Croatia) to operate as holiday apartments.

The village (Šparadići) is rather small with only one coffe shop and one family restaurant nearby. However there is a shopping van service that delivers daily groceries and stop right in front of our house at about 11 am. The next village (Grebaštica) is 3 km away and can be reached by nice 'lungo mare' walk or 5 min by car. In the city of Šibenik (15km) there is a big shopping mall. Also, nearby there are (heavy and light) cycling routes for guests who prefer active holidays.
