The property is located between the cities of Split and Sibenik , and about 10 minutes from the picturesque village of Primosten. It is up 9th street and a 7 minute walk to the waterfront (Crljina Beach), where there are a series of beaches to choose from! A local cafe that serves drinks and snacks is on 10th street. Miline Beach is a 19-minute walk, while Sibenik Town Hall is 20 miles away. The nearest airport is Split, 19 miles from the accommodation. The property is recently remodeled with fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, and large terraces on both floors. The house and location make the place ideal for families looking to explore a section of the Croatian coast in a relaxed way while also providing a base for nearby adventures.

The local town is about a mile walk, where there is a popular cafe (Starac), local grocery stores, and a yachting club nearby. The old city is across the bridge, with a variety of local restaurants (the local seafood is fantastic!), cafes, a historic park, and its own beaches. From the port in the old city, excursions can be made to Slapove Krke and to Kornati. During the summer, music and festivals are hosted in the main square.
