The apartment is located in a beautiful location with sea and real Dalmatian nature. It's a quiet place, away from the cars and heavy traffic. The stony beach is just a few meters away. The apartment offers a beautiful balcony view of the Zadar Channel, Zadar and its surroundings. The ferry line connects Preko and Zadar every hour. The apartment is new, very well equipped to meet any guest's wish.
All arriving guests will be warmly welcomed and any wish throughout the stay will try to be met. Somebody will always be on disposal if you need something.
Kukljica is located on the island of Ugljan just across Zadar. The ferry line to Zadar is very frequent, every hour and it takes only about 20 mins to reach the port of Zadar. Preko, where the ferry port is located, is about 7.5 km away from Kukljica. The apartment house is located a little bit away from the centre of Kukljica, in a quiet place with very clean and well-kept surroundings. The clean sea and the beach are only 30 meters from the apartment. You can enjoy a beautiful balcony view of Zadar and its surroundings while having coffee or lunch on the balcony.
