Beautiful location beautiful decor lovely helpful staff

The hotel's location is excellent, right on the beach, yet it has great car access so you can drive right up to the hotel, and there is plenty of parking available. The hotel's greatest asset is definitely the staff. Everyone is so easy-going, friendly, and they truly go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. A huge thank you to all the employees, you really make the difference!

Brand new impeccably clean small boutique Hotel. Great service by very attentive employees ready to meet any of your needs. Food was excellent and delicious. Everything about this place comes with a designer twist and with lots of love, passion and vision. Location is just steps away from Kali Port which was very convenient for our needs. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Miramare. Our suite was exceptionally spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished, featuring two bathrooms and a large terrace with a sea view. Since we visited during the preseason, the hotel was almost empty, which made the atmosphere very peaceful and relaxing. The free parking directly in front of the hotel was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, with a high-quality buffet offering a great variety of options. In addition, guests could order selected dishes from the menu, which were freshly prepared to order. A special mention goes to the incredibly friendly staff. Everyone, from the reception team and housekeeping staff to the owner himself, made us feel welcome. The owner greeted us warmly every day and always took the time for a pleasant chat. The rooms were cleaned to an exceptionally high standard—honestly, I have rarely seen such spotless and meticulous housekeeping. Special thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff for their outstanding work. Thank you for such a pleasant and memorable stay.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony - we appreciated the nice gesture. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, and the wellness area is great. The indoor pool with hot tub and the connecting glass door to the outdoor pool are a nice touch. The food from Fenix and Palm House restaurants was of a good standard.

Convenient location, plenty of parking space, very comfortable mattresses, and an excellent bathroom.

Above all the location, staff very friendly and polite.. nice breakfast, rooms were super clean and tidy. All in all… i d recommend this hotel and i d love to come back one day

The stay was exceptional. Everything was perfect; the room, food & drinks(we had all inclusive), friendly staffs... Kids playarea was super, the staffs and animators were friendly and kind with kids. My kids loved it!!! Perfect for family vacation, highly recommended!

Our stay at the Falkensteiner Hotel Adriana in Zadar was fantastic from start to finish. The location is truly special, with beautiful scenery right by the sea that made every moment feel relaxing and memorable. Waking up so close to the water and enjoying the peaceful coastal views added something extra to the whole experience. The rooms were modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with a clean and elegant design that made it easy to unwind after a day out. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and maintained to a high standard. What really stood out, though, was the service. The team at reception were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The same level of care carried through to the bar and restaurant, where the staff were attentive, friendly, and created a warm, enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar.

Very pleasant and functional hotel which excellently serves its purpose of accommodating various sorts of guests who need regular services while staying in this beautiful jewel of Croatia. Room was specious enough. As described on Booking.com and as expected. It was inteligently composed interior, and definitely relaxing. I was also impresed the way this quarter was so decent, very safe and incredibly peaceful at nights. Everything in acomodation was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast tasty and with a lot of options. All of neighborhood is welcoming to a guest, Hotel owns huge parking lot and your vehicle, regardless of its size, will definetlly had its specious and safe place. I came with T-box van and easily find suitable parking spot. Few hundreds meters away you may find huge supermarkets and a lot of restaurants and caffeterias. Accomodation was really in a perfect position, at least for my needs. Staff on the reception and in the restaurant was so pleasant and professional, always with a smile and willing to help. So, everything is for every recommendation. Nice memory and good value for money. I will come back, no doubts.

Very good Hotel with good services.

Stuff very friendly and always trying to help specifically at the reception. Breakfast great with high quality and great service. Location perfect to visit the old town in Zadar and to commute vua ferry boats to neighboring islands. There are also spots nearby allowing to swim in the sea. Zadar is very nice with great restaurants and a lot of options.

Stayed here only as a stopover to fly home. I Chose it because it wasn’t too far from the bus station after a trip to Plitvice Lakes and would be easier for the airport. So the location was handy for me! The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The bathroom is also modern! Staff were very friendly too. They will organise taxi transfers to the airport. It’s a very nice place, so if you don’t mind walking it’s a good hotel alternative to what’s mostly apartments in the old town.
