The hotel's location is excellent, right on the beach, yet it has great car access so you can drive right up to the hotel, and there is plenty of parking available. The hotel's greatest asset is definitely the staff. Everyone is so easy-going, friendly, and they truly go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. Preko is a small city across Zadar and is a perfect location...

Preko is a small city across Zadar and is a perfect location for hiking, biking, long walks and of course swimming in the beautiful Adria. The city has many small shops and Tommy and Plodine are very near. Connection to Yadar is every hour and the time is 8 do 20 minutes depending if one takes the boat directly to city center or goes with the ferry. The view from the St. Mihovil fortress is unbelivable and worth a walk. Preko has also sandy beach and a very picturesque small island where one can take a walk, or kayak around it. It ahs also many biking routes. So for small family and sport lovers this is a perfect spot. Secure, quiet with beautiful nature and diversal activities.

First weekend in October and almost everything was closed,...

First weekend in October and almost everything was closed, nothing really to do there. Luckily it was nice just being in the hotel spa and going out for a walk or a bike ride, but thats it. Probably wonderful in the summertime. :)

Beach Jaz is good for kids and poor swimmers.

Beach Jaz is good for kids and poor swimmers. The little island is a delight. We stayed only a short while and I got hit by a cold so we didn't really get around much. All needed infrastructure is near and there are enough connections to Zadar is someone wants more.

Preko is a very beautiful and magical place with its own, rather calm atmosphere. Suitable for relaxing by the sea, walking, sitting in cafes and restaurants. But it is also worth more active walks, exploring the island, the view from the castle of St. Michael on the surrounding islands, etc. The color of the water is incredible and clear.

Preko was fantastic, there's a great ferry service to Zadar...

Preko was fantastic, there's a great ferry service to Zadar (always on time and very economical - just make sure you get the right one as there are two, one to the old town and one to the new!) but more than enough to do on the island itself. There are plenty of nice places to eat, little shops, a couple of supermarkets and a beautiful marina. We hired bikes and paddle-boards (can highly recommend Martin the 'Rent-Man') and so were able to explore a lot more of the beautiful island - we completely fell in love with it.

This property is superb value for money. Our room was very clean and comfortable - with air con, a fridge and daily room servicing. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, and we had it to ourselves every time we used it. There is also a small terrace we spent an evening on with great views to the sea. The property is a few minutes walk from the shore and main hub of preko. A lovely relaxing town with good restaurants and beautiful swimming spots.

The house is placed on an amazing location, with great sea view from the balcony. Even though is a further up the hill, we loved that we weren’t in the middle of the busy streets.The house was very clean and had all the necessary utilities for a longer stay. We have been there for 5 days and honestly would have stayed much longer if possible.The host, Mira is an amazing lady, extremely kind and welcoming and made us feel taken care of.

They generously supplied all basics including a bottle of delicious local wine Good value accommodation, with two comfortable bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Short walk to hypermarket and restaurants
