In the very centre of Poreč, within a short walking distance to the beach and old town, renovated in 2021. Our 43 m2 apartment is in the attic of a residential building, high 3rd floor with no elevator, modern and fully equipped. Suitable for 2 people, with the possibility for one adult or two kids on the sofa bed (135x198). The apartment is air-conditioned, it has one bedroom with double bed, kitchen and dining room, a living room and a small bathroom with shower. There are three roof windows overlooking the old town. Flat screen smart TV with free Netflix. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is a laundry service open 24/7 on the building ground floor. FantAttic is located in the very centre of Poreč, on the 3th floor of a residential building, close to the bus station and the green market. The old town and the beach are withing a short walking distance. There is no balcony or terrace since the apartment is in the attic, but there are three roof windows overlooking the old town. Smoking is not allowed. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian. Parking is free for our guests and it is located 450m form the apartment. We will provide you with all the necessary details to access it. This parking has no chargers for electric vehicles.
Everything is within walking distance. All the sightseeing points and many bars, restaurants, shops and bakeries can be found in the neighborhood. The green market and the nearest grocery store are just accross the street. The nearest beach is 5-10 minutes walk away.
