Apartman je konforan, posjeduje dva balkona s pogledom, jedan je dio dnevnog boravka, drugi je dio spavaće sobe.
Volim ugostiti ljude, te im pomoći im upoznati ljepote Šibenika.
Susjedstvo je mirno. Sam apartman se nalazi u starom dijelu gradu, blizu gradske plaže Banj. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se tvrđave, restorani i trgovine.
