It is located on the second floor connected with the attic. Distance from the sea, shops, bus stops, ACI marina and playgrounds is 300 meters. It has one closed garage that is rented with the apartment. Parking is fenced. This property is extremely comfortable for longer stays and for business people. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all necessary cooking and dining equipment. Within the apartment there are two bathrooms; a larger one on the first level with a massage bathtub, the other one on the ground floor with a shower. There are 3 bedrooms and a large, spacious study with a balcony. Please note that the property is accessible only via the stairs.
