Villa La Perla was built in 2024. in a modern style. You will be amazed by its beautifully decorated interior and luxurious exterior. Guests have 160 m2 of living space at their disposal, and the total area of the property is 1000 m2. It is 10 km away from the nearest sea and beach and there are also restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Near the living room there is a modern kitchen where you can prepare meals for all members of the household and taste them in the dining room at a table with 6 seats. Villa La Perla has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 guest toilette. On the first floor you will fing a small laundry area with washing machine and iron. If children come on vacation together with you, you can also use a feeding chair and a crib. A pleasant refreshment can be found on the outdoor terrace with spacious swimming pool, next to which there are sun loungers, inviting you to relax and sunbathe. On the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood you can try delicious fish or meat dishes. There is also a covered outdoor dining table next to the grill.
