This is a beautiful apartment in a very convenient location just steps for the sea and near shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment.

Plenty of space, comfy beds, lots of towels and bathrobes for all guests. Good to stay with children. Lots of amenities nearby - market, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants not more than 200 meters from house. 5 minutes to the beach by foot, but we were travelling by car to other beaches.

These two new luxurious apartments are located in the center of Opatija, only 100 m far from the sea, in a more than a century old but newly renovated villa called Herkules. The Two-Bedroom-Apartment (105 m2) featuring 2 balconies with views of the city and sea, consists of: 2 luxurious bedrooms, one with a king-size-bed and the other with a queen-size-bed, one with a 45'' & other with 40'' LCD satellite TV with SMART TV - a living room with a pull-out sofa and 55'' LCD satellite TV with SMART TV (Netflix included) - 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower - dining area - a kitchen complete with an oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine with tumble dryer. The next door One-Bedroom-Apartment (40 m2) featuring 1 balcony with view of the city and sea, consists of: - 1 luxurious bedroom with a queen-size-bed - a living room with a pull-out sofa and 40'' LCD satellite TV with SMART TV (Netflix included) - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a washing machine - dining area - a kitchen complete with an oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher.

I'm fortunate to be able to welcome people from all over the world in our charming piece of the Mediterranean called Opatija! Always there when you need me, I ensure that our guests feel really welcome! Hope you'll have the best experience during your stay! :)
Villa Herkules is located in the very center of Opatija, the so called Pearl of Adriatic, famous touristic town on the northern part of the Croatian Adriatic cost with the long tradition in tourism. The first hotel in Opatija, Kvarner, which still exists, was build in the end of 19th century (1884) and it's only 300 m far from our apartments. Villa Angiolina, the oldest villa in Opatija and St. Jacob church, around whose abbey the town was build (btw "opatija" is Croatian word for the English "abbey"), are also in the walking distance from the apartments. There is also (only 100 m from our apartments) the famous Lungomare, along the cost promenade, which is long 12 km and connects all little towns on the Opatija's Riviera. It starts in Volosko and ends in Lovran. Everyone who ever visited Opatija was stunned with its beauty and its uniqueness! You should really come and see it by your self. There’s no place like it!
