Charming studio by the Forum, at the very heart of Pula and near the Riva promenade, with shops, restaurants and a bus stop within walking distance- this is a dream apartment for a modern traveller, who is going to have a unique experience having holidays in Pula. The apartment is on the first floor of a building from the year 1900 and it is under the protection of the cultural heritage of Croatia. The marble antique staircase is a unique sign of an old epoch. The 32m² air-conditioned studio was renovated in 2011 and provides comfortable accommodation for two people. Right next to the entrance area there is a little kitchenette with a two-ring hob, fridge, sink and kettle. Next to it there is the adjoining sitting and dining space with a bistro table and two chairs. A flatscreen TV (satellite channels) is mounted on the wall above it. Opposite there is the sleeping area with a queen size double bed (160cm wide) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is small, but provides a bath with a shower attachment, a WC, a washbasin with a mirror and a cupboard underneath, and a hairdryer. There is a balcony in front of the studio. The guests can also use lovely yard and they will be able to experience stunning sunsets from the rooftop of the building.

This charming little studio is right at the heart of Pula by the Forum, the main square in town, which is very vibrant especially during the summer months. The Forum is a place rich in history and today there are many pretty restaurants and cafés, galleries and all kinds of shops, as well as a podium for concerts. During the summer months of July and August colorful art programs are held every evening. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the seafront on the Riva promenade just 50 meters away, enjoying the sunset. There is a bus stop on the promenade, with modern, clean and punctual buses taking you to the beaches. It is only 40 meters to the nearest grocery shop.
