This is a completely renovated typical stone house in the centre of Rovinj-Rovigno. Located in the pedestrian zone with a spectacular sea view. It has all the comforts you'll need for a relaxing but exciting vacation in the most beautiful town of Croatia. Since it is located in the very centre, you'll be able to reach all the attractions by foot. The harbor is just 3 minutes away. Parking place is not included. We offer 2 solutions : - buy a daily ticket, cca.10 euro/day - i can arrange you a parking place 200 meters from the house on a private property for 50 kuna/day

The very centre of the town, in its pedestrian area. But in its residential area, so very quiet. - House Fontera arrival - The house is located on the address FONTERA 2. It is a pedestrian zone, so you can not reach it with a car. Entering the street Fontera you can go till the end of the street. There you find a RAMP. From here you have 200 meters to the house. The door has a smart lock, you will be provided the password on arrival day. Parking place you can find in the area or on the main parking places in town.
