The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can provide accommodation for 8 guests. It is located in a quiet, sunny position, surrounded by a garden with lawn and a large swimming pool with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. The town center is only 200 meters walk from the villa, there are local shops, supermarket, pizzerias, restaurants and cafes. There is one of the famous Istrian castles, Castel Morosini - Grimani in Svetvincenat, which is known for its attractive content and events. The villa is also a good starting point for an active vacation, as almost all Istrian beaches are only a 20-minute drive away. Relax in this beautiful villa, under the stars in a full sense of peace and untouched nature.
