Property information

Villa Katarina is an owner-managed house and is located in the district of Srima, a small suburb of Vodice right on the beach. The town of Srima was once a fishing settlement. Today Srima is a perfect resort for our guests who want to spend their vacation quietly on clean beaches. From Villa Katarina it is approximately 2 km to the center of Vodice, where you will find restaurants, bars, post office, banks, etc. Within 200 meters you will also find two good restaurants and two good bars if you don't want to go to Vodice. In our immediate area there is a bakery (5 minutes walk) and a small supermarket (5 minutes walk). For larger purchases, Lidl, Kaufland & Co. can be reached in approx. 6-7 minutes by car. There are a total of 6 large supermarkets in Vodice. Villa Katarina is located directly on the beach. It's 10 meters from our garden fence until you're standing with your feet in the sea. We have our own loungers on the beach exclusively for our guests. This means you don't need to rent loungers or parasols. Everything is included in the apartment price. Our beach is well maintained and offers good access for swimming. For guests with boats, we have 3 of our own buoys that can be used. For guests without a boat, we recommend an organized day trip or a boat charter to explore the beautiful island landscape in our area. We are happy to help with both. Likewise if you have any questions about excursions. Whether the Krka waterfalls, the Kornati islands, the cities of Sibenik, Trogir, Split or Zadar. We are available to provide advice and assistance at every destination. Our apartments are characterized by high quality. The modern appearance is not the priority. Rather, the quality of the furniture and the feel-good atmosphere. We pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene. The quality of the house is primarily characterized by its proximity to the beach, the atmosphere and the relaxation factor.

Neighbourhood information

Our house is close to some cultural sights. The cities of Sibenik (10 km), Zadar (70 km) and Split (90 km), as well as the Krka waterfalls (25 km) or the Kornati National Park (35 km) are easily accessible by car or by boat. Vodice as a tourist destination offers everything you need for recreation. Restaurants, bars, shops, markets. Our location is a 15-20 minute walk from the town centre. During the day you have quietness and the beautiful beach. In the evening you have the option to eat well and experience something. Sibenik impresses with its location, tradition (first mention in 1066) and the 4 fortresses that surround it. Split is an old imperial city that still impresses with the unique Dioklecian Palace and is a wonderful destination. Zadar is also a very old city with a lot of history and well-preserved old houses.
