If you want to relax from an accelerated lifestyle, this is a perfect choice. Located in Valtura, a small town next to Pula. Pula city and all its beautiful beaches are only 15/20 min drive away. The Villa is stone-made. Combination of stone, wood, grass and nature on the property gives a special, pleasurable feeling. You'll be able to enjoy quiet mornings and evenings, sounds from the nature, starry sky away from the city lights. Property has 900m² - house (160m²), pool (40m²) and wooden beach area, 3 parking spots, terraces, garden area and outdoor kitchen with grill. It is fully equipped and comfortable for 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms (hot and cold water, shower over bath and bathtub) and 1 toilet. There is the big airy living room, kitchen (hot and cold water, electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, deep freeze, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, ice maker, wine fridge...) and spacious dining room with a big table. 5 air condition units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The house has 2 terraces. In natural site, our yard has pool, open terrace, garden furniture, outdoor grill, table tennis, big chess field, little toboggan. The location is surrounded by nature, you can even have a sea view in distance from the upper balcony. The property is designed to offer you a pure relaxation and enjoyment.
This Villa is a result of a close family project-mum, dad, my sister and I. Dad (theatre light designer) with golden hands and artistic mind, who knows how to do, create or fix anything by himself; Mum (dentistry nurse) with a lot of patience and love, with a perfect eye for details and design, purity and cleanliness; My sis (Biomedicinist) and I (UX Manager). Together with our teamwork, openness, as well as our availability, we managed to raise this project and since then we are committed to actively and successfully communicate and work with our guests, delivering them the best possible experience. We cherish hosting as occupation and we try always to be at service, accessible, nurturing the best relationship with our guests. As we do all by ourselves, the spring and summer is the time of our full dedication to work (both our regular occupations & hosting). Although it can be sometimes stressful and the tempo intense, since my sister and I don't live all year round in Pula, we enjoy spending this time, working together and brining joy to our guests. We give the absolute full attention to the maintenance and cleaning of the property! It is the top priority for us. That is how we create our little story and are happy if you want to become part of it. Looking forward to meeting you :)
The neighbourhood is quiet, surrounded by nature. You can have a walk in the woods or by the sea, ride a bike or do workouts. Although is not in the city centre and is away from the rush and noise, still is only 15 minutes by car from the lively Pula city centre and all beaches. Yet, for basic groceries there is a little local supermarket in the village, 500 meters from the villa, so you don't have to go to the city centre at all if you don't feel like and decide to spend a day enjoying inside of your property. The villa has two neighbourhood houses, also vacation villas. There is a bus station that can take you to the centre of Pula. But due to the poor public transportation service, we highly recommend having a car.
