Villa Ruza ligger i Lapad-bugtens største bilfrie område, blot 200 m fra den populære Lapad Strand og promenaden. Der bydes på værelser med aircondition, satellit-tv og gratis trådløs internetadgang. Dubrovniks gamle bydel er UNESCO-beskyttet og ligger 10 minutter med bus eller 30 minutters gang derfra. Der kan bestilles lufthavnstransport mod tillægsgebyr.
