Tram 2 and the Danube can be reached in 5-10 minutes by foot. The flat is 110m2 big. It has a nice kitchen with an eating area, 2 sleeping rooms and 1 living room. We are looking forward to welcome you! We gladly offer you free coffee and tea. We also provide a high speed, stable Internet with 80 mBit. So it is perfect if you have to do some work even if you are on holiday. The flat also includes a hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, working desk, air conditioner and flat iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. So you will find everything you need. You have full access to the whole 110m2 large flat, which includes 2 sleeping rooms. Both sleeping rooms include large cupboards in which you can store everything. The living room includes a sofa. In case you want 3 seperate rooms, there is a possibility to turn it into a bed.
