The apartment has the old traditional charm, but has all the nowadays high-end comfort and updates. The brand new windows and door are opening on the interior courtyard; it is very quiet and peaceful. Ceiling has also sound proofing insulation. It has an entrance hall, separate bathroom (with shower, new washing machine), separate kitchen (plates, glasses, new toaster, microwave, big fridge), separate living room (new smart tv with lot of English channels, wifi internet, foldable couch 140x200cm size), separate bedroom (loft bed 160x200cm, under it plenty storage space, solid wood desk and chair).

You will find the highest quality materials in a very charming, romantic place in the hearth of Budapest. The apartment has everything for shorter-longer staying. Im a huge fun of Versailles style and antiques. You will find original French wall christal chandeliers, French designe wall paper, but very functional brand new kitchen and the highest efficiency gas heater furnance. Apartment is located in Váci utca between the Market Hall and Basilica, walking distance from the most importnat tourist attraction, surrounded by bars and restaurants on the pedestrian street. Public transport is just minutes away, it is preaty much the best location what you can get in Budapest and the safest. The 5th district is extrememly safe, the most expensive area in Budapest and in Hungary. Mostly tourist and well off people residenting here and crime is close to zero.
