Appartment is new and spacious, very comfortable with large terrace, and 2 bathrooms. Building is lokated in a quiet area, which surprised me since is it is very close to the train station. Easy access, parking in garage on on the street where was space all the time, everything worked out well. Regarding to the equipment - there in fully equiped kitchen, besides coffemaker, and it would be nice to add some night lamps to the rooms ;-) We were very happy with everything Qiao is very nice and caring, I really appreciate her attitude, she was very helpful with any information needed, her English is perfect and we could chat on WA anytime.

2022 built apartment in DOWNTOWN Budapest with all essentials included and SELF CHECK IN✅ ANYTIME after 15:00! 5 mins from Westend Shopping Center, 3 stops from DEAK city center, 1 stop from Nyugati train station, close to sightseeing spots: Parliament, Andrassy Avenue, Hero square, Margaret island, city park and Szechenyi Thermal Bath. The neighborhood is quiet and safe in a HIGH-END community with M3, tram 14, buses, night buses, supermarkets and shopping mall in 5 mins' walk. For ✅BABY/CHILDREN, we provide:1 STROLLER, 1 HIGH CHAIR, 1 BATH TUB and SEAT. A Pubic children's PLAYGROUND in 3 mins. There is 1 FREE PARKING✅ spot in the building and usually a lot of parking spaces in front of the apartment which you can park for free at night. And a 24 hour parking lot in walking distance. You have EVERYTHING in the flat so you can walk in without bringing a lot of personal hygiene stuff. All 3 bedrooms are accessible to the big balcony which contains a table and 2 chairs and a bench for you to relax and a closet. ✅It has COOLING and HEATING system and FAST SPPED WIFI(542 Mbps) in all the rooms as well as all the necessary cooking utensils: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, kettle, bread maker, frying pans, pots, multifunctional barbecue&hotpot pan, dishes, glasses, tea pot and a small coffee maker, some Chinese green tea and coffee, and oil, salt and different seasonings. In each LOCKABLE bedroom, there is a table and a chair, a wardrobe with hangers, and some charger adaptors for Chinese, Australians, extra blankets, books, garbage bin, pens and notebook, an iron and a weight scale. ✅For the 2 sofa beds, they can be opened, so can allow 4 in total 10 person to sleep.
