This delightful new studio apartment is situated in a newly built house. Both the building and the apartment itself meet the expectations of the modern era, both in appearance and technically. In the garden of the house, you can enjoy the sunshine and tranquility in a pleasant environment. The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, facing a very quiet street. The unit is equipped with a comfortable double bed, and a significant advantage is the charmingly furnished terrace, which can be a perfect spot for enjoyable breakfasts and evening conversations. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dining table separating it from the sleeping area with two chairs. In the bathroom, you'll find a washing machine, towel dryer, closet, and bathtub. A wardrobe closet is available in the hallway for storing clothes. We provide clean bedding, towels, and toiletries.

One of Budapest's most famous landmarks, Heroes' Square, is a 10-minute walk away. The city's renowned thermal bath, Széchenyi Thermal Bath, and its largest park, Városliget, along with the beautiful palaces of Andrássy Avenue, are also within walking distance of the apartment. In Városliget, you'll find the Museum of Fine Arts, Vajdahunyad Castle, City Park Lake, the Hungarian House of Music, the Ethnographic Museum, Liget Budapest Visitor Center, the Millennium House, and the Pavilion Garden, as well as the joy of both children and adults alike, the BalloonFly hot air balloon. The B4Finess Fitness & Wellness Center is just on the corner. Most shopping opportunities are nearby at the Westend City Center, one of the city's largest malls, or at Lehel Market. There are parking spaces in front of the building, but there is also a paid garage in the neighboring building, and a parking lot operates few minutes walk away.
