The Studios were completed in July 2019. They have been completely renovated and rebuilt to meet all your needs. They were made with high quality and we tried to use premium materials everywhere. Their high ceilings give them an even more comfortable feel. Each apartment has a high-performance air conditioner to cool quickly or heat the rooms fast. In addition, the floor heating is made even more comfortable during colder periods. The new, beautiful, huge doors are protected by a code lock, so you don't have to worry about the key disappearing, being lost, or being left alone when traveling. We make a Welcome Pack for each of our guests. We prepare 3 towels per person to feel comfortable. Cleanliness and tidiness are of course a basic requirement, and we ask that you leave the accommodation in order as much as possible. If you need more cleaning, we will be available at any time for an additional fee. Please do not smoke in the accommodation, the gang / aisle in front of the accommodation can be easily used to do this. You'll find a separate ashtray for the butt, please don't litter the community! The apartments are private property and we have tried to make it look like we are moving here. The high quality and comfort dominate everywhere, our goal was to make everyone feel at home. The Paulay Ede Street (the apartments) is located in the heart of downtown Budapest. The Opera's House, the st. Stephan's Basilica, the Andrássy Avenue, the Deák Square, the GOZSDU and the Király street are also within walking distance. But Paulay, on the other hand, is quiet. These street is calm, quiet, so you can relax comfortably despite the easy access. The Deák Square, 5-minute walk away, is close to everything. All train stations are available without change. All metro lines, buses, trams stop there. And there is a direct bus from here to the airport. You can find nice restaurants on the Paulay Ede street, but there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options on Király Street, Deák Square, Andrássy and Gozsdu as well. The heart of Budapest is here. Everything you need is within walking distance so you cannot find better spot to have accommodation.
