The accommodation has two floors. The ground floor has a 3 bedroom apartment (for 6 people) which has its own bathroom and kitchen. The first floor has 3 double bedrooms and one bigger room with 4 beds. The upstairs kitchen is shared between these 4 rooms, and there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment. All shared spaces are cleaned by us daily, but we also love when our guests stick to the most basic rules of living together:)

Hello, my name is Patricia:) Yes, I share my name with the accommodation, but believe me, it wasn't my idea. My family and I opened our home for summer guests in the 90s, but a few years ago, once most of us moved out, I took over the management. My father still lives there, so you guests have someone to talk to every time you need something:) I am the one responsible for welcoming guests, as well as cleaning, so I can make sure that each and every guest arrives at a clean and tidy room on their check-in day. Should you have any extra wishes, you are encouraged to tell me about them, so I can help make the most of your stay at our little villa. Can't wait to meet you!:)

Our little town Siófok is the most amazing place ever! We have everything you need for a summer holiday: beaches, ships, sailboats, bike trails, wine cellars, restaurants, cafés, pubs, bars, music, live music, any kind of entertainment you prefer! Balaton is a nice little lake just a few minutes away from Villa Patricia, but on lazy days you are more than welcome to stay in our garden by the pool:) Once you arrive, you will see the opportunitites this region has to offer.
