We are building for you. In this up and coming neighborhood of South Ubud (3km from center) we are offering 3 brand new high end villas only 50 m to newly built high end luxury restaurant LOCAVORE NXT (enjoy their 20 course organic tasting menu in walking distance) and 30 m to 10 hectares of pristine rice fields embraced by river canyons and a hidden water temple, the first of which, CASA BLANCA, is now ready to book starting May 1, 2024. As adjacent villas are still under construction, please bear in mind that there is a possibility of construction noise between the hours of 8am and 5pm in the months of May to July 2024. As a compensation, we are offering this unique space for a generous construction discount of 65-70% (avg nightly price USD 350). If you are looking for a dead silent entroit you might want to refrain from booking this space but if you are planning to discover Ubud and the adjacent surrounding rice field and jungle plots while enjoying relaxing rice field views from the exclusive master bed and bath overlooking paddies and jungle plots and don't mind some noise during the day - and at an exceptional rate - , this might just be the place for you.
