Guest Access : (1). Anything at the room and on the premise is yours to use, including access to the building facilities like the pool at PG floor, (2). There is a 24 hour reception desk to receive and pass letter/envelope/package, except food, (3). GrabFood or GoFood can deliver foods to the apartment, but it needs to be picked directly to the front lobby when it arrives.

Other Things to Note : (1). This booking is managed individually, nothing to do with front lobby reception or building management, the services provided might not match the 5-stars hotel standard, e.g. host might not answer the question or inquiry timely or 24 hours, (2). Guests must ensure contact details listed on BookingCom is valid and reachable and will be required to submit a form of identification (KTP/passport) prior to check-in, (3). There is a railway behind the apartment, there might be a little train noise, but if the window and the door are closed, the noise should be minimal.
