Truly the best hotel experience I have had so far! All facilities were new, modern and extremly well designed, at the same time having the Balinese touch. The villa blew my mind - design wise, up to all the details like everything can be steered by touchpads (including the toilet!). You have access to an e-butler 24/7, who supports with everything you need. The breakfast was just perfect, my fav part of the day - plenty of glutenfree options. You can access the Dreamland Beach from the resort, which is just amazing. Swimming can be a little hard there, but still amazing. TOP service all the way. The staff calls you by name, which makes you feel special. I want to thank Ricky and Dittha from the lower restaurant - we enjoyed the conversations we had and obviously the service!

What you would expect from a 5 star hotel at this price point. Very good service and very high quality room. 1. Service was top notch and the butler service through WhatsApp made things super simple, 2. Breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel, very high quality, and the omlette was probably the best I have ever had. Real highlight of the stay, 3. Kids club was very good. It rained the whole time we were there and this was a life saver. Tami was amazing and our little boy loved her. Really big room with thousands of toys and really cute sleep stations,

The hotel was beautiful, a perfect place to visit if you’re looking to disconnect from the world. Staff was super nice and the service was amazing. highlight recommended. Hotel is huge so we needed the golf cart sent to us when we wanted to go the reception etc, and it was sent to us super fast. Very convenient! It was our honeymoon, hotel sent us desserts which were really good. Welcoming drinks and fruits at the check in was tasty. Great breakfast with an amazing beach view. Loved every bit of it!
