Staff is incredibly nice and helpful - we got an upgrade for a bigger villa than what we booked which was so nice and we were really thankful. The property is well maintained, clean, big pool. All villas are charming!
NetherlandsThe staff on Citta is the most helpful and kind people we have met ever! They helped us in every question we had! And they kept the whole resort area in top quality cleanlines! And the room (villa Allamanda) was super! Cleanliness also there was top quality. Bed comfortable, qood AC. Pool area was perfect to spend time, sun shines all day to pool area, pool is big and comfortable to swim whole day! Breakfast served to room at the time you request was so delicious (we recommend to taste indonesian fried noodle). In the villa there was perfect big bathtub and so cozy semi-open air livingroom and kitchen. Perfect combination of Balinese traditional interior meeting western standards!

My son lost his AirPods in the laundry and they were returned in minutes by a staff member. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.
AustraliaThe whole place is gorgeous. The staff are incredible and so kind. We had an unbelievable upgrade for our honeymoon and fresh rose petals and a bath ran for us. The outside shower is amazing and bath tub. The breakfast delivered to the room each morning, the pool was so warm. The rooms were so clean, mosquito candles lit all the time and bed set up. We couldn't have asked for more.
