Sweet Meadow Cottage - Whether its about romance, having fun or enjoying this peaceful and centrally-located place, this cottage has it all. On 4.7 acres and located just off a main road that takes you to N4, Carrick-On-Shannon, Rooskey, to pub, restaurant or local activity centre - this place has it all and has been recently decorated. Linen new. You have nearby access to the river Shannon for fishing, boating or shoreside walking. 5 beds now available. Nearby you also have access to the shannonriveradventuredotcom centre.
Ex Hotel and Automotive OEM and Retail Management I have owned and improved several properties but this one in Rooskey is special and will be gradually improved further to become a great place to relax, entertain, party, chill, do outdoor pursuits or whatever you wish. All of your funds go straight back into proprty improvements inside and out on the 4.7 acre residence
Left turn on the L1408 just as you approach Rooskey from the Roscommon side and a few hundred yards north, past the Shannon River Adventure Centre on the left hand side - Small gate will be seen as house barely visible but beside a small cottage and opposite a large house Parking is ample on site and you are close by taxi to Carrick on Shannon, Drumod and Rooskey
