For family, friends, larger or smaller groups, suitable for all occasions. Modern & spacious whilst feeling ‘at home’, situated in friendly Tubbercurry, close to forest walks, park run, playgrounds, the Curry River (with swimming area & wild sauna), endless beautiful scenery to explore including the breathtaking Lough Talt. Plenty of places to eat, drink and shop within a short walk and further amenities a short drive away including Sligo Town or a little further to visit the seaside. This modern four-bedroom house is situated on a quiet development on the edge of town. Semi-detached with driveway and garden. Only a 10-minute walk in to town and for those who are driving there a numerous other amenities only a short drive away. The local area offers plenty to do for a more active holiday, but also plenty of beautiful tranquil scenery if you’d rather relax. I work in Tubbercurry myself so I am around the corner often if you need anything, but rest assured you will not be otherwise disturbed. My husband is a keen angler and happy to help if you need any fishing advice. We also have a great pay as you go gym in town that welcomes visitors. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, we also provide a starter pack including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, washing tablets and toilet rolls. If you need a shop before you arrive just message us and we will endeavour to help. All local shops also offer delivery. Our main aim is to ensure you have a brilliant and easy stay, so if there are any additional requests, or anything you think the house would benefit from, please let us know and we will do our very best to help. Other things to note We are pet friendly, but animal guests will mean an extra 5 euros a day charge as we have to deep clean after your stay. We love dogs, but they do lead to increased cleaning. There are plenty of great dog walk routes we can advise you on. Thank you for reading
