This old farmyard has undergone a beautiful restoration. The open spaces & scenery all around here are stunning, with the Devils Bit mountain as a backdrop. We offer you a very large, fully gated outdoor space (front and rear) and a revamped open shed with a barbeque, soft play area, lights & seats, to suit the Irish weather! The old market town of Templemore is 3 miles away, boasting a beautiful town park woodlands & lake. We are just 12 mins drive from Exits 22 or 23 on the M7.

This house is in Killea, a small village 3 miles from Templemore town. Killea has an active community centre, a Catholic Church, a local pub, O’Sullivans, and a local national school. It is set in the foothills of the famed Devils Bit mountain and there are many local hillwalking trails to follow. The park in Templemore is worth a few visits, for all ages. It boasts woodlands, a lake, a pitch and putt course, a tartan athletic track, GAA field and large playground. There is a great swimming pool with depths for all ages in Roscrea, a 15 min drive away. Thurles town is a 15min drive too and has a cinema for the wet afternoons, the horse and jockey hotel near thurles is a fabulous place to dine and the world famous Rock of Cashel is 15 mins from there too. We are a 75 min drive from Shannon airport and 90 from Dublin. Tipperary is a very central place to stay and exploring an hour or two in any direction takes you many corners of the island of Ireland. A car is probably the best mode of transport for our guests. There is a great train service to and from Templemore on the main Dublin-Cork line. Regular bus services operate to and from Roscrea and taxis can also be ordered locally.
