This special place is just infront of the sea, very close to everything. The building is new, very accessible, has 3 elevators, very large and impressive lobby. There is a Shabbat elevator. The apartment has a balcony with excellent view to the sea. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds in each one, a big living room with 75" smart TV, kitchen with all electronic devices, dining area, 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a wonderful big balcony with the nicest view right infront to the sea.
Anything you need, I'm very helpful.
Excellent neighbourhood, the best you can get in Israel's Central District. Green park just below the building, the beach and the sea is 5 minutes walking.
