My stay at Bamboo Yoga Retreat was an absolute highlight of my whole holiday. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the food is outstanding (honestly, so delicious!!!) and the staff are lovely. Prior to my stay, I hadn’t done a lot of yoga but the classes were at a level for everyone - from beginners to more advanced. The teachers were also fantastic. I fell in love with yoga and will now be taking classes when I’m back home! As a solo traveller, Bamboo was a wonderful experience. There was a mix of solo travellers and people in couples but everyone really mingled with each other and were so supportive in the classes. I honestly couldn’t recommend Bamboo more. I would love to return to Goa to stay again!

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful and relaxing location. Lovely food for every meal, delicious vegetarian dishes that were both healthy and tasty. Yoga sessions were good and at convenient times during the morning and evening (not too early or late). Rooms were large and outside bathroom actually a real bonus.

Beautiful eco friendly yoga holidays/retreat in one of the best unspoiled beach in south Goa. Very stylish, and stunning views from every single corner of the place. Really easy to reconnect with nature The Yoga Shala was amazing, hypnotic overlooking the stunning Arabian sea. Very peaceful ✨ The yoga teachers were very professional adapting the sessions to every ones level. I connected with everyone of them, specially Alice who really linked every yoga’s position to emotions 🙏🏻 The staff were also very friendly, always smiling and helpful in all moments. All food served since 7.30 am til 19.00 pm, was very good and great variety.

Food was incredible really tasty with so many great options. The yoga was really great for all different levels and also got to try some new types of yoga great variety. The meditation in the morning was a great start to the day. I felt so chilled and relaxed just wished I stayed longer. The staff members were really helpful so polite and friendly, shout out to Rahul such a sweet guy and the guy who made the toast in the morning (sorry cant remember his name) but really sweet. In fact all the staff were amazing. A really safe haven. Thank you for a great few days.

The location is unbelievably beautiful it can’t be faulted, the staff are without doubt some of the nicest people I’ve met, the food is exceptional every single meal and the yoga is varied with the most incredible instructors. I can’t think of anything they could do better at bamboo, I loved it ❤️

Location, set up, food, and having an unpopulated beach were the outstanding likes. The area is simply beautifully peaceful and d mostly quiet (local barking dogs in the morning make for an alternative alarm system). The yoga teachers are fantastic and any yoga novice, such as moi, will not feel out of place

Exceeded our expectation. Such a lovely resort. Fantastic vibe on a quiet, beautful beach in South Goa. The yoga was amazing and the instructors were top notch. The yoga platform sits right above the beach overlooking the ocean. The food was to die for. My most favorite meals in all of India thus far. Beautiful healthy food and Indian cuisine. The staff were so lovely and helpful. So much attention to detail at this retreat. We are absolutely loved our stay there.

If you want somewhere to relax and have a lot of "you" time, this is the place. The staff are amazing, the food is delicious and freshly prepared. Everywhere was clean and there was great care taken to ensure filter water was used for drinks and cooking.
