This 2-bedroom studio apartment located in the heart of lush green paradise, Mulshi, is a perfect escape to spend your time amidst the quietness of nature. The home is situated at an elevated location from the parking area, and there is a 60-meter walk to reach it. Guests with SUVs have the convenience of driving right up to the villa's entrance, while others will need to cover the short distance on foot. As you approach the estate along a 60-meter pathway, you'll find stunning outdoor spaces featuring a separate bonfire and BBQ area, as well as a lovely Al-fresco dining spot. The ground floor of this studio apartment features a living space, bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a verandah opening up to a picturesque Mulshi Lake view. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a balcony with a swing, overlooking the Mulshi Lake and a quaint living area with TV. There is a private swimming pool and dining area in the outdoor lush green lawns. Security Deposit: INR 5000 per room & needs to be paid online before check-in. Meal charges: Adults (12+ yrs) Veg/Non-Veg INR 1600 +GST, Kids (6-12 yrs) Veg/Non-Veg INR 1000 +GST. Barbeque charges Veg INR 650 +GST, Non-Veg INR 1000 +GST per person per day. Pet charges INR 1000 +GST per pet, per day. This home may not be suitable for guests who have mobility issues or difficulty walking. There is TV only in the first floor room. Outside food is not allowed in the villa. Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors.
