Hotel Stadarborg is in Breiddalur Valley, next to Road 1 and less than a 1-hour drive from Egilsstadir. It provides modern en-suite rooms, a restaurant, hot tub and sauna are available at an additional charge. Satellite TV, a desk and tea/coffee facilities are standard in all guest rooms. Some also feature a sofa. The hotel restaurant serves international cuisine for lunch and dinner. Refreshments are available throughout the day. On-site leisure options include a football pitch, rental bikes and pool tables. Hiking/jogging trails run right by the property. The surroundings offer activities such as fishing, hunting and horse riding. The village of Breiddalsvik is 7 km from Stadarborg Hotel. Höfn is 170 km away.
